Hi, I'm Neal Manning. I started Atlas MFG back in 2017. After 21 years of tattooing, I wanted to split my time between the tattoo shop and the garage, building the kind of tools and machines I’d want to use myself.
Atlas kicked off with small runs of pressed mags and custom builder parts, most of them sketched out on napkins by friends in the tattoo community. That spirit hasn't changed. I still build in small batches with the same focus on quality, function, and craftsmanship- to keep you doing it your way.
I co-own Love Hurts Tattoo in Chico, California, where you can find me five days a week. If you’re ever in the area, stop by and say hi, talk machines, or hang out for a day or two.
